We are seeking a dynamic and people‑centered Director of HR Operations & Technology to help shape an exceptional employee experience while driving operational excellence across our organization. This is a high‑impact leadership role for a strategic thinker who brings professionalism, compassion, and a passion for building systems that empower people and strengthen culture.
In this role, you will provide both strategic vision and hands‑on leadership across all HR operations and technology. You will oversee HR systems, processes, and programs that support compliance, scalability, and workforce engagement, while continuously improving how employees and leaders experience HR.
As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will partner closely with leaders across the organization to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and deliver both immediate solutions and long‑term improvements. You will lead and develop a high‑performing HR Operations team and ensure our HR infrastructure evolves with the needs of a growing organization.
What You’ll Do- Lead the strategy, integration, and optimization of HRIS platforms and HR technologies.
- Oversee HR operations including compensation, benefits, onboarding, reporting, and compliance.
- Drive efficient, scalable HR processes that enhance organizational performance and employee experience.
- Champion company culture, inclusion, and engagement initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to align HR solutions with organizational goals.
- Analyze data and trends to inform decision‑making and continuous improvement.
- Balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution when needed.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect HR strategy to organizational outcomes.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams.
- Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills.
- A systems‑oriented mindset with the ability to see patterns, solve complex problems, and drive change.
- Comfort operating at both strategic and tactical levels in a fast‑paced environment.
