** What You’ll Do
** As our HR Manager, you’ll lead a broad range of responsibilities, including:
* ** Talent Acquisition:
** Own the hiring process from sourcing to selection, building a strong candidate pipeline.

* ** Employee Relations:
** Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, resolving issues and fostering a positive workplace.

** What We’re Looking For**

** Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (PHR/SPHR preferred).

* Experience:
** + Minimum 2 years in an HR Manager role. + 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a dynamic environment.

* Skills:
** Strong influencing ability, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and People Soft, and exceptional communication skills.
