As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will lead large projects and innovate processes to secure operational excellence. As a Senior Manager you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your specialized knowledge and technical acumen to deliver quality results to clients and contribute to the firm’s business strategies.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 6 years of progressive roles managing IT quality assurance and control within software/systems development processes.
• Three years of specialized training and progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college‑level training.

What Sets You Apart

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems preferred.
• Foundations Certification preferred.
• Demonstrating in‑depth leadership in test methodologies.
• Understanding Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Managing vendor relationships effectively.
• Utilizing data mining and predictive modeling techniques.
• Driving continuous service improvements for customer experience.
• Working with Business and IT partners for quality delivery.
• Seeking opportunities for continuous improvement within IT organization.

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
