• Meet with stakeholders to determine business requirements and translate those into projects
• Ensure all projects are on time, on budget, and meet business expectations
• Perform Post Project completion reviews to ensure proper process and profitability, communicate as necessary to other stakeholders
• Interface with leadership to define project priorities and implementations opportunities and challenges, keep leadership informed with project risks and opportunities
• Develop and provide weekly project status reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional groups throughout the organization to manage projects, ensuring they meet the needs of stakeholders
• Work with Director, PMO to establish project management capabilities, including successful measurement criteria, methodologies, and tools to be used

• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong accountability management skills with the ability to enforce deadlines, ensure deliverable quality, and escape issues when appropriate.
• Proficiency in developing, monitoring, and managing project schedules, including establishing timelines, tracking milestones, and adjusting plans as needed.
• Proven ability to manage several projects at one time, or lead enterprise-wide projects
• Vast Experience managing a variety of IT projects in infrastructure, ERP, implementations, Salesforce, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to accurately capture business requirements, create documentation, and illustrate complex functional and technical requirements
• Deep Understanding of various PM methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
• 5+ Years of IT project management experience, supporting complex business process development projects, portfolio management, and full project life cycle production
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Project Management
• Jira and Confluence IS A MUST
