Location: Spartanburg, SC with remote flexibility and ability to travel as needed

You will support our client's operational resilience focusing on maintaining the company’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP), vendor management, and risk assessments procedures in alignment with industry standards.

You’ll collaborate with managed service providers, vCISO, vISO, and internal employees to ensure the company's continuity and compliance programs remain current, tested, and audit-ready.

• Participate and assist with maintaining and testing the business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Help maintain impact analyses and track mitigation actions.
• Coordinate vendor contingency planning and annual due-diligence reviews.
• Prepare continuity, risk, and vendor management reports for leadership.
• Support training, exercises, and communication during incident response.
• Maintain documentation in the company’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform.
• Assist with regulatory and state audit preparation.

• 2+ years of experience in business continuity, risk management, or compliance
• Experience managing a Business Continuity Management Plan, Vendor Management program, Information Security Risk Assessments, The GRC platform, and Audit schedules
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and general IT administration
• Familiarity with regulatory and audit frameworks, specifically GLBA, NIST, and/or FFIEC
• Ideally experienced in the financial services industry
