We are seeking a motivated and skilled Litigation Associate Attorney to join our growing litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of litigation experience, with a strong background in litigation defense. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and meaningful matters while developing professionally within a collegial firm culture.

• Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Draft and respond to written discovery, motions, and legal memoranda
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials as needed
• Assist with case strategy development and client counseling
• Work collaboratively with partners, associates, and support staff
• Manage cases efficiently while maintaining high‑quality work product

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the South Carolina Bar
• Two (2) or more years of litigation experience required
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
