Are you ready to lead and innovate in wastewater management? Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the daily activities of wastewater treatment and recycling operations. This role focuses on ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient plant operations while mentoring and supporting team members. Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and various departments to achieve operational, safety, and environmental goals.

• Education & Experience:
  • Preferred:
    Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years in wastewater treatment or related field
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Essential Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage wastewater treatment teams across shifts
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain training materials and documentation
  • Lead equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
  • Coordinate with engineering on system modifications
  • Identify cost-saving and improvement opportunities
  • Manage chemical procurement and hazardous waste activities
  • Promote safety, communication, and teamwork
