We are looking for an entrepreneurial, people‑focused leader to head our Retail Production team and support the Retail Production Supervisor. This role offers a chance to develop best practices, lead associates, and collaborate across departments.

• Coordinate with the Retail Production Supervisor to meet production goals and ship complete, on‑time customer orders.
• Oversee product flow through picking, packaging, and shipping to maintain quality and standards.
• Validate process accuracy, order quantities, and product quality.
• Pick and palletize orders using lift equipment such as an order picker.
• Train new and existing employees on production and safety best practices.
• Continuously evaluate, improve, and document processes.
• Work in other warehouse areas as needed to support business needs.

• Experience in production or packaging is a plus, but not required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year experience leading a team.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and strong communication skills.
• Proficient in standard business computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
