Production Associate

Georgia‑Pacific is hiring Production Associates for the Corrugated Facility in Spartanburg, SC. This is a full‑time role focused on operating equipment, monitoring production, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

• Base: $19.00 / hr
• 2nd Shift Differential: +$1.00 / hr (total $20.00 / hr)
• 3rd Shift Differential: +$0.50 / hr (total $19.50 / hr)
• Opportunity to increase pay based on performance and skill.

• Currently hiring for 2nd (3pm‑11pm) and 3rd (11pm‑7am) shifts.
• Orientation (first 2 weeks) on 1st shift: 7am‑3pm; thereafter assigned to 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Flexibility for overtime, holidays, and weekends required.

• Operate equipment according to standards and product specifications.
• Enter data into computer control systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and cleaning.
• Support team to meet production, waste, quality, and safety goals.
• Operate or work around mobile equipment.
• Adhere to safety rules and wear required protective gear.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing or pulling for up to 12 hours daily in a loud/noisy environment.

• Experience in corrugated packaging industry preferred.
• Ability to work all shifts, including overtime, holidays, and weekends.
• Strong focus on safety and teamwork.
• Physical stamina for lifting, standing and performing tasks in a high‑volume environment.
