Hours & Pay- Shift: First Shift – 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (flexibility for Second Shift as needed)
- Pay Range: $19.00‑$20.00 per hour
- Employment Type: Temp‑to‑Hire

Daily Tasks- Coordinate with the Retail Production Supervisor and team to meet production goals and ship customer orders accurately and on time
- Oversee product flow through all production stages from picking to packaging
- Validate order quantities, process execution, and product quality
- Pick and palletize orders using lift equipment such as an Order Picker
- Train new and existing employees in production best practices and safety standards
- Evaluate and document processes for continuous improvement
- Support additional warehouse functions as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team
- Experience in production or packaging is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in standard business computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Comfortable in a casual dress‑code environment
- Flexibility to support additional shift needs as required
