Wed., Thur., Fri., Alternating Sat. 6:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

In this role, you’ll collaborate with both internal and external teams to execute maintenance, capital, and continuous improvement plans with minimal supervision. Your expertise in automated electrical and mechanical systems will be crucial to your success!

Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to train and mentor less experienced technicians, making a real impact on your team’s growth and success.

• Execute predefined maintenance and continuous improvement plans.
• Identify gaps, breakdowns, and opportunities in equipment and integrated factory systems.
• Drive maintenance and process improvements to implementation or resolution.
• Plan and execute work to troubleshoot, repair, modify, or install complex manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop effective plans.
• Assist fellow technicians and technical teams as needed.
• Complete special projects and other duties as directed.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Competitive pay starting at $42.08 per hour , increasing to $44.29 per hour after your 6-month anniversary.
• Shift Premiums: $1/hr on Wed. & Thur., $2/hr on Fri. & Sat.

• Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5 years of experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing automated systems and equipment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and PLC skills (Rockwell, Siemens, Beckhoff preferred).
• Experience with Laser Guided Vehicles and Autonomous Mobile Robots is a plus.
• Familiarity with robotic systems (Fanuc preferred) and vision/quality gate systems.
• Ability to understand complex instructions and diagrams.
• Self-motivated and effective with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
