* Key Responsibilities:

*** Assemble components to create finished products according to specifications
* Calibrate and test components for proper function
* Complete reporting, checklists, and data entry accurately
* Maintain accurate inventory levels for parts used
* Keep work area clean and organized (5S standards)
* Collaborate with team members to maintain quality and support continuous improvement
*
* Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
* Attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Team-oriented with strong communication skills
* Soldering, precision wiring, or mechanical/technical experience is a plus
