• A high school diploma or GED.
• A valid LPN license in the state of South Carolina.

Your role is to assist RNs and physicians, keeping patients comfortable and on the road to recovery.

Responsibilities include:

• Charting and recording medication and treatment administration.
• Patient observation.
• Performing procedures such as reading and recording vital signs, measuring weight and height, and running diagnostic tests.
• Providing comfort and reassurance to apprehensive patients.
