• Operate forklifts and forklift equipment safely following company standards.
• Load, unload, and move merchandise pallets and product inventory.
• Maintain inventory flow, record accurate logs, and manage stock levels.
• Provide member service by greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and resolving issues.
• Implement safety procedures, conduct safety sweeps, and report hazards.
• Support merchandising activities: stocking, rotating, and presenting merchandise per guidelines.
• Assist with club pick-up orders, staging, and auditing accuracy.
• Engage customers with technology services and product knowledge.
• Help develop and mentor teammates, fostering belonging and teamwork.
• Maintain company integrity and ethical standards.

• 90 days of prior forklift experience and certification.
• Ability to safely use pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Customer service experience.
• Retail experience.
• Experience supervising a team.
