While there are controls and processes currently in place, the candidate will have the opportunity to guide future improvements in the system and ultimately have a significant influence on the company’s profitability.

Infintium is looking for an Account Manager who serves as the primary point of contact for the specifically assigned/designated accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns they may have. They cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, manage account inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the company’s products or services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling to existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations and resolve any issues.
- Monitor and analyze client data to improve account performance and prepare regular reports on client activity and performance metrics.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of account interactions, transactions, and communications in the CRM system.
- Monitor account performance and satisfaction, conduct regular check‑ins and solicit feedback to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities related to assigned accounts.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is typically required. - Experience:
3+ years of experience in account management or a similar role, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. - Communication
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client interaction and collaboration with internal teams. - Problem‑Solving:
Ability to identify client concerns and provide effective solutions. - CRM Proficiency:
Familiarity with account management software (CRM) to track client interactions and manage accounts effectively.
