** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel at a financial institution construction location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

+ Perform armed security-related duties in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, company policies, and site procedures.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency services when appropriate.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols of construction areas, temporary facilities, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Monitor access to the location, verify authorized personnel and deliveries, document observations and incidents, and report security-related concerns through required channels.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + Have at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.

+ An armed guard card or license is preferred.

+ Comfortably use a computer or tablet, preferred.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
