Job Location:
In-Person, $20-$35/Hour (Based on Experience), Day Shift, Full-Time

Our client is a residential and light commercial HVAC services company, and they want you to join their team as an HVAC Installation Technician.

Your day-to-day as an HVAC Installation Technician:

• Install ductless mini-split, air-source heat pump, and related HVAC systems under the direction of a Lead Technician
• Perform installation tasks including line set routing, vacuuming, flaring, pressure testing, and basic electrical connections
• Coordinate with team members to verify job scope, scheduling, and site readiness
• Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure systems are fully operational and meet manufacturer specifications
• Maintain a safe, professional, and organized job site while traveling to service locations as needed

Your skills and experience:

• Residential or light commercial HVAC installation experience
• Familiarity with ductless mini-split and heat pump systems
• Ability to follow installation instructions, blueprints, and safety standards
• Comfortable working in the field with travel required
• High school diploma and strong attention to quality and detail
