A bumper to bumper, master certified technician capable of diagnosing and repairing any system of the automobile without supervision. In most cases, are leaders in the shop and chosen to support the development of other technicians when needed. At times, may be called upon to interface with customers in various capacities.

We are a privately owned dealership and we are building a new facility within the next year. We will need at least 2 A technicians. All of our current employees have been with us for at least 2 years and most have been with us for 5 to 11 years. Our work hours are 8 to 5 and flat rate techs only have to work every 4th Saturday from 8 to 3.

Hyundai welcomes experienced technicians from other OEMs. The program allows technicians with training from an industry-recognized source, other than Hyundai, to test out of certain Hyundai instructor-led technical training courses, provided they meet certain requirements.

• A "bumper to bumper", "master technician" capable of diagnosing and repairing any system of the automobile to dealership and manufacturer's standards without supervision.
• An "entry level" technician:
  Capable of oil changes, tire rotations, completing minor services, tire, and battery replacement etc. Can perform most tasks that do not require in-depth diagnostics or complex critical mechanical aptitude with guidance as needed upon researching work instructions, or after being taught the proper techniques first.
