We are seeking entry-level Install Technicians to support low voltage and structured cabling projects within commercial data center environments.
This opportunity is ideal for trade school graduates, electrical apprentices/helpers, cable technicians, or candidates with less than one year of experience in low voltage, cabling, electrical, or commercial construction work who are looking to build a long-term career in the industry.
Responsibilities
+ Install and route Cat5, Cat6, and other low voltage cabling.
+ Assist with the installation of security devices, cameras, and access control systems.
+ Pull, label, terminate, and dress cables according to project standards.
+ Work from ladders and scissor lifts in commercial construction environments.
+ Follow project drawings and directions from project leadership.
+ Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to OSHA/site safety requirements.
+ Travel directly to the job site each day and work independently while supporting the team.
Qualifications
+ Trade school, vocational, or technical education in electrical, telecommunications, or a related field preferred.
+ 0-1 year of experience in structured cabling, low voltage, electrical work, or commercial construction.
+ Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
+ Reliable transportation to and from the project site.
+ Comfortable working in active construction and data center environments.
+ OSHA 10/30 and Scissor Lift certifications are a plus but not required.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spartanburg, SC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
