We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor Assistant to support our Service Department and help provide an exceptional experience for every customer.

• Assist Service Advisors with daily customer and administrative needs
• Greet customers and help direct them to the appropriate Service Advisor
• Answer phones and schedule service appointments
• Help coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups
• Communicate with customers regarding service status and updates
• Prepare and organize repair orders, paperwork, and customer information
• Assist with warranty and service documentation
• Coordinate with technicians, parts staff, and other dealership departments
• Help maintain an organized and professional service reception area
• Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout the service visit
• Perform other duties as needed to support the Service Department

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers and dealership software
• Attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Previous automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
