Eyes On Eyecare is offering an opportunity for an Independent Optometrist to lease space within Walmart stores, providing comprehensive eye and vision care to customers. This role provides autonomy over operation hours, scheduling, and fee setting.

Salary: Based on experience

Schedule: Full-time

As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside Walmart stores, you will:

• Establish your days of practice
• Establish your hours of operation
• Control your patient schedule
• Set your fee schedule
• Keep 100% of exam/professional fees

• Option to procure equipment/instrumentation under fair market value
• Option to receive administrative and/or Opt-Tech support services (if state allows)

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
  • Valid state optometry license
• Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school
  • Valid state ophthalmology license
  • General Liability Certificate
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
  • W-9
