The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the highest quality of resident care available, support staff, and establish a positive reputation in the community while delivering on the Eduro Health Care values of wellness, compassion, customer experience, and company results. • Evaluate a resident’s condition and develop an appropriate SLP rehabilitation plan.
• Help residents through their tasks and monitor their performance.
• Inform residents what they should anticipate in different stages of their recovery and how they will handle each situation.
• Maintain resident confidence and protect facility operations by keeping information confidential.
• Supervise the activities of CFYs when required.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by protecting residents and employees by adhering to infection‑control policies and protocols.
• Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
• Contribute to inter‑disciplinary team efforts in resident care.

• Graduate of an accredited Speech‑Language Pathologist program.
• Current and active SLP license or registration in the state employed or CFY.
• Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus!
• Completion of orientation required by company policy.
• Health screening and TB test within two weeks of employment.
• Become familiar with and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations relating to the job.
• Show within three (3) days of hire satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment.
