Rental Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our Rental department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of powersport products, and a track record of delivering outstanding service. The Rental Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service and parts departments and maintaining our reputation for excellence*.*

• Lead and manage the Rental department, including support staff.
• Oversee the scheduling of rental appointments and ensure timely completion of all repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as productivity, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction, and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and accountability.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and service, to optimize overall dealership performance and customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, trainings and manufacturer updates to continuously improve rental operations.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on departmental performance, goals, and initiatives.

• Technical knowledge of heavy machinery including skid steers, loaders, tractors, excavators.
