Team Leader, Manufacturing ​/ Production

• Inthis role, you will lead and maintain the overall activities of the production area during the shift according to the production plan
• Youwill set expectations, monitor performance and provide coaching and corrective action to employees, and provide training and continual development for the team
• Further,you will prepare shift turnover report for oncoming shift and lead shift start up meetings
• Youwill function as a “working Team Leader” by filling voids on the production team as needed
• Also,you will drive performance objectives in the areas of delivery, cost,quality, and safety, and assist employees in consistently achieving their specific goal(s)
• Youwill operate and/or oversee the operation of technical processes and equipment, including escalating repairs and concerns

• AHigh School Diploma / GED is required and 7-years’ related experience, andat least 3-years in a leadership position
• Youmust have basic computer and math skills
• Further you must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed
• Must be able to successfully pass the essential job function physical requirements
