Expo – Server

As a FOH Team Member, you create a great experience for every guest by:

• Welcoming guests with a warm, friendly greeting and answering menu questions to ensure a great start to their experience.
• Thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment where collaboration and communication are key.
• The Expo – Server role assembles orders as they are completed and ready to serve to dine-in guests and to-go orders. They interact with guests when doing server assistance that includes delivering orders to tables or delivering completed orders to to-go guests. This is a primary role at Daredevil Hall where we operate a full service restaurant.
• Effectively managing multiple tasks to meet guest expectations in a timely manner.
  Keeping the restaurant clean and organized, meeting food safety and sanitation standards.
• Demonstrating dependability, positivity, and a can-do attitude to support your team and contribute to a great work environment.
• Meeting the physical requirements of the role, which may include, but are not limited to, standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Having the ability to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Having availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts is a plus.

• We operate two locations. The Speedway Taproom at 1151 Main Street, Speedway adjacent to the brewery and Daredevil Hall, 2721 E 86th Street, Indianapolis at the Ironworks Complex.

Pay Range
USD $7.25 -$15+ based on experience and a shared tip pool
