- Prepare the food for the same day as well as upcoming days
- Set up Bistro for the shift you are working (AM/PM)
- Look over inventory and communicate orders with the primary manager
- Cook food
- Serve food and drinks
- Set up and maintain cleanliness of Bistro and kitchen
- Process all payment methods
- Follow the company policies for dropping cash, opening and closing the cashier
- Clean up after your shift and prepare for the next shift
- Maintain a clean, safe environment in the Bistro and kitchen
- Ensure the Bistro and its equipment are clean and fully functional
- Occasionally diffuse difficult situations
- Comply with all liquor laws
- A positive outlook and outgoing personality
- A team-first attitude
- A gift for paying attention to the smallest details
- The Bistro Attendant role requires standing for long periods, the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than 30 pounds without assistance
- Professional appearance and clean uniform
