Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a full‑time Retail Stocking Supervisor to join our high‑performing team. The role is ideal for candidates with recent leadership experience and a passion for retail.

Compensation: $19.25 per hour (location, skills, experience). Eligible for a monthly bonus and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k), paid time off up to 152 hours per year, paid sick time up to 64 hours per year, and other benefits.

• Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross‑train in all areas of store operations including stocking and sales associate duties and responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop others
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year experience in a retail leadership role.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and associates by phone, email, and in person.
• Physically able to intermittently lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move all shift.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, twisting, and safely climbing up/down a ladder.
• Willing to obtain forklift certification in accordance with IIPP.
• Open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with adherence to attendance policy.
