** Position Highlights
**** Spencer Hospital is a rural hospital located in northwest Iowa employing over 500+ employees. Positions at Spencer Hospital are not affiliated with Avera; however, we collaborate to provide services to the communities we serve. Employment offers, if accepted, are exclusively with Spencer Hospital.
**** This position qualifies for hiring incentives. The amount of incentives offered may be discussed during the interview process.
**** Responsibilities:
*** Provides health care services, applying x-ray energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment
* Exercises professional judgment in performance of services and maintains a demeanor complementary to medical ethics
* Provides appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure
** Requirements:
*** Graduation from an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology, either college affiliated or hospital trained
* American Registry of Radiographic Technologists (ARRT)/ Preferred CT and MRI registered
* State of Iowa to practice and administer radiation
*
* Schedule:
*** 72 hrs/pp
* Day/Evening
* 8 hr shifts
* Scheduled holiday, weekend, and on-call rotation
* The schedule may fluctuate based upon needs of the department
