Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

We are on the hunt for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee our commercial projects!

• Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Work closely with project personnel to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, time frames, and budgets for projects.
• Perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial tracking.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and the operational team to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget.
• Issue and manage RFI's (Request for Information).
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with company procedures, standards, and building codes.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager with a focus on commercial projects.
• Demonstrated understanding of construction processes, building codes, etc.
• Proven experience in project management and the ability to lead a project from conception to completion.
• Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills along with a solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in construction and engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
