. In this role you will guide students through fun learning activities and help them explore fitness, the arts, technology, and more.

Location:

Spencer, East Brookfield, MA – Wire Village & East Brookfield School

Schedule:

Part‑time, weekdays only (no weekends) – 6:30‑8:15 am or 2:30‑5:45 pm

• $18.00 per hour

• Lead a group of student explorers through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more
• Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents
• Provide a caring, family‑oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum age 18 years
• Flexible to work varied schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Registered and cleared by the state childcare licensing agency
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations (see options below)

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related field
• A 1‑year state or nationally recognized credential related to school‑age care
• Completion of 20 semester‑credit or 30 quarter‑credit college/university training plus at least 1 year of qualifying teaching experience in a certified child‑care center (or comparable program)
• 2 or more years of qualifying teaching experience (with at least one year as a teacher) in a certified child‑care center (or comparable program)
