** Primary

Purpose:

** The primary purpose of this position is to provide CADD support to Product Care and Research and Development (R&D).
*
* Primary Responsibilities:

*** Basic design work including fit studies, tolerance studies, etc.
* CADD support based on red lined drawings.
* Performs other assignments as directed by local management.
* Interact and support other functional areas of the department such as Quality Assurance and Model Shop.
** Scheduled

Work Hours:

** 7:30am – 3:30pm (Monday – Friday)
** Hourly Pay Range**: $31.96 - $39.95

* Qualifications:

*** Associates degree in CADD or a related field required.
* Minimum of two years’ experience in field of expertise is required.
* Strong mathematical skills required.
* Computer Aided Drafting experience is required.
* Solid Modeling experience is required.
* Solid Works experience is required.
* Cosmos experience is preferred.
* Practical experience or understanding of woodworking, metal working and plastic manufacturing is preferred.
* Demonstrates proficiency in all office systems/skills, Microsoft Office.
* Previous experience with the use of an ERP system is preferred. Use of SAP preferred.
* Must be extremely detail and accuracy oriented.
* Must be process oriented.
* Must have good organizational skills.
* Must be a good decision maker and problem solver.
* Must be an excellent communicator.
* Must present a positive and professional appearance and image.
* Must be an independent self-starter who is capable of functioning in a team environment.
* Ability to perform the essential functions assigned to the position.
