This position provides direct services to students. It supports and works with students under the guidance of certified classroom teachers and building administrators. The position implements targeted strategies and works on student skills to support and assist students in reaching their academic goals.

• Assist in planning for student instruction.
• Collect, analyze, and monitor student data and interventions.
• Lead targeted interventions on academic instruction for small groups of students.
• Attend professional development to support instruction.
• Administer student testing and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with teachers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including class coverages.
• Perform additional responsibilities or duties assigned by the building administrator.

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience with K-12 age groups in a coaching or teaching environment.
• Second language skills preferred.

Principal

Continued employment is contingent on work performance, program needs, and funding. Employees will work a 183‑day work year and a 7‑hour day, hours adjusted for the assigned school.
