LPN Opportunity - Up to $48/hr

• Assist 4-8 individuals in a group home, providing daily care and support
• Perform assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications/treatments
• Help residents with transportation to medical appointments, community events, and activities

• 1+ year of LPN experience in a healthcare or group home setting
• Active LPN license in Massachusetts
• Proficiency in medication administration and patient documentation
