PositionMaterial Handler – Spencer, MA plant
Responsibilities- Provide daily tracking of all packaging supplies for the finishing department and related supplies.
- Package sheeting and slitting orders; boxing, palletizing, suspending, banding, etc.
- Check all rolls for quality and ensure they are packaged in a quality manner.
- Perform re‑packaging of products not conforming to the customer and/or company quality specifications.
- Operate material handling/lifting equipment (Dalmec, C Hook, Big Joe, and pallet jack).
- Operate barcode gun.
- Move within the packing area as work demands.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn an ERP system.
- Ability to read and write written work instructions, basic math skills, and ability to read a ruler to measure fractions of an inch.
- Prior forklift experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Commitment to a high standard of safety and willingness to comply with all environmental and safety regulations and company policies. Willingness to report potential environmental and safety improvements to appropriate supervisory or management personnel.

Flexcon offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes base salary, healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision), life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, wellness programs, and tuition assistance. Based on region, the expected salary range for this in‑person position is $17.55 – $29.25 per hour.
