Facilities Technician I - Spencer, MA (Mon to Fri, 6:00 am – 4:00 pm)

What you will do in this role- Complete all maintenance work orders, including construction, maintenance, modification, troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of physical plant and property.
- Complete Preventative Maintenance Program work orders.
- Maintain inventory controls to ensure cost‑effective operations.
- Monitor and maintain all building systems assigned.
- Operate man lifts, forklifts, or similar equipment as needed.
- Perform grounds work, such as picking up trash, sweeping, painting.
- Be available for snow removal as needed.
- Complete special projects and other related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma, GED, or accreditation from a technical school or applicable trades program.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience as a facilities maintenance technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Ability to read, write, and follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Basic math skills, including reading a ruler to measure fractions of an inch.
- Driver’s license and Hydraulic & Hoisting license.

Based on region, the expected salary range for this position is $19.24–32.07 per hour.
