Machine Operator IV – Slitting (Fri–Sun 5:55 am–6 pm) – Flexcon

We are currently seeking candidates for the Machine Operator IV role as part of our career lattice where employees are cross‑trained and rewarded for learning new skills. Team members will be cross trained on various tasks to support production operations.
What will you do in this role?- Perform various tasks in support of production operations.
- Acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
- Learn how to problem‑solve and follow standardized practices.
- Follow work instructions under close supervision.
- Learn and follow standardized work created within the assigned role.
- Learn professional concepts and company policies and procedures.
- Learn lean concepts and actively participate in process improvements.
- Other duties consistent with the general nature and focus of the position or the goals and objectives of the department may be assigned.
- Typically requires a High School Diploma or GED and no related experience.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn ERP system.

The expected salary range for this position is $19.24–$32.07 per hour based on region.
