Sales Representative, Business Development
To boost our operations and expand our customer base in Africa, we are looking for a Sales Representative that will be involved in the acquisition of prospect customers and identification of new business opportunities.
In this role you will- Generate leads
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients
- Craft quotes, promotions and negotiations
- Build a network of customers and distributors
- Understand and promote the company brand in the area you oversee
- Visit customers to evaluate business opportunities
To be eligible for this position, you need to have previous international sales experience in any African country. You must:
- Ideally have experience as an area manager or sales rep in the medical industry
- Have good customer-facing skills and are able to interact with customers in a positive way
- Have solid communication and negotiating skills
- Possess good multitasking abilities and switch between various tasks easily

The new hire will join the International Sales Department and will work remotely. The function of the International Sales Department in Spencer is to acquire new customers overseas, visit new clients, manage the existing portfolio of clients and distributors, and grow the company's market share in the assigned markets.
