A company in the pharmaceuticals industry is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Electrician in the area of Spencer, MA. This role is perfect for individuals with strong electrical troubleshooting skills and a mechanical aptitude, as you will be supporting the maintenance of automated manufacturing equipment for a company known for its commitment to innovation and quality in the manufacturing sector.
Shift of the Industrial Maintenance Electrician:
Mon-Thurs 6pm-6am
Pay Rate of the Industrial Maintenance Electrician:
$40-43/hr + 10% Diff
Responsibilities of the Industrial Maintenance Electrician:
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment and electrical systems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Use multimeters and other electrical test equipment to diagnose machine issues.
- Troubleshoot motors, sensors, drives, controls, and PLC-operated equipment.
- Assist with equipment calibration, repairs, and preventative maintenance activities.
Qualifications of the Industrial Maintenance Electrician:
- Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Experience using multimeters and standard electrical testing equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand how machines operate.
- Basic computer skills.
