CDM Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee trades contractors on a school refurbishment project in Spennymoor, Northern England.
This is a freelance, ongoing contract with immediate start (ASAP). The role requires robust site management, health and safety compliance, and coordination of subcontractors to achieve milestone handovers.
Candidates should hold CSCS, SMSTS, 1st Aid and Asbestos Awareness, plus an updated CV; previous school-site experience is preferred.
