Location: Spennymoor, DL16 6FS

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours per week: 37.5

Working Days & Times: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Salary: £24,570 per annum

Responsibilities
  • Promote our flexible learning products via telephone, email, and social media.
  • Be proactive in the promotion of our courses across B2C and B2B.
  • Create social media posts to advertise courses.
  • Make and receive calls responding to enquiries.
  • Drive engagement with new prospects and maintain strong relationships with existing learners.
  • Go through all assigned leads throughout the day (call, email, and text).
  • Manage all activity accurately on CRM (Salesforce), including scheduling calls/emails and tasks, and updating records.
  • Confidently support each learner through the enrolment form over the phone to complete their applications.
  • Adhere to eligibility and IAG with all learners in line with funding requirements.
  • Engage with all enquiries demonstrating resilience and promote all courses with full benefits and value.
  • Prospect businesses, check funding availability, and manage higher‑volume opportunities as covered above.
  • Support learners with their progression to enrol onto future courses.
  • Carry out your role in line with the company values and expected behaviours.
  • Promote equal opportunities and recognition of diversity throughout the company.
  • Comply with the Safeguarding, Prevent and Health and Safety Policies and remain vigilant to potential concerns and risks.
  • Always ensure confidentiality and professionalism.
