Working Days & Times: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Salary: £24,570 per annum

Responsibilities- Promote our flexible learning products via telephone, email, and social media.
- Be proactive in the promotion of our courses across B2C and B2B.
- Create social media posts to advertise courses.
- Make and receive calls responding to enquiries.
- Drive engagement with new prospects and maintain strong relationships with existing learners.
- Go through all assigned leads throughout the day (call, email, and text).
- Manage all activity accurately on CRM (Salesforce), including scheduling calls/emails and tasks, and updating records.
- Confidently support each learner through the enrolment form over the phone to complete their applications.
- Adhere to eligibility and IAG with all learners in line with funding requirements.
- Engage with all enquiries demonstrating resilience and promote all courses with full benefits and value.
- Prospect businesses, check funding availability, and manage higher‑volume opportunities as covered above.
- Support learners with their progression to enrol onto future courses.
- Carry out your role in line with the company values and expected behaviours.
- Promote equal opportunities and recognition of diversity throughout the company.
- Comply with the Safeguarding, Prevent and Health and Safety Policies and remain vigilant to potential concerns and risks.
