We're recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work in a specialist SEN school in Ferryhill, supporting pupils with autism, complex learning needs, sensory processing differences, and physical disabilities.

In this role, you will:

• Support pupils both individually and in small groups.
• Encourage communication, confidence, and independence.
• Assist with sensory and emotional regulation throughout the day.
• Help deliver personalised learning and therapy activities.
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff.
• Observe progress and contribute to pupil development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
