Higher Level Teaching Assistant (Full-time, Temporary) County Durham £550 - £600 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications) September 2026 – July 2027 The School and Role

Vision for Education are working in partnership with Advanced Learning Partnership who are seeking to employ a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to cover PPA across school, based in Spennymoor. The successful candidate will be expected to work across different key stages, offering strong teaching cover and support to pupils who are working below the expected level. The role is full time, 5 days a week 8.30am - 3.30pm, where work will be left for you to delivered.

• Hold QTS within the UK or HLTA satus.
• Have experience of working across EYFS-KS2.
• Have an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have a friendly and enthusiastic personality.
• Have an ability to offer differentiated learning and support pupils with SEND.
