SEND Learning Mentor – Ferryhill (Full-Time)

Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time SEND Learning Mentor to join a specialist educational setting in Ferryhill
. The school provides a supportive and structured environment for pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, communication needs and additional learning needs
.

  • Providing 1:1 and small-group mentoring and support
  • Building trusting and positive relationships with pupils
  • Encouraging engagement with learning
  • Supporting pupils with emotional regulation and wellbeing
  • Developing confidence, independence and resilience
  • Supporting individual learning and behaviour plans
  • Helping pupils overcome barriers to education
  • Working closely with teachers and specialist staff
  • Recognising and celebrating individual achievements

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
