• Provide person‑centred support to service users with learning disability, autism and complex needs.
• Demonstrate positive communication, engagement, and unconditional positive regard for those you support.
• Work within a positive behaviour support framework and follow agreed guidelines.
• Accept responsibility and develop as a skilled practitioner, working positively within a consistent, supportive team ethos.
• Cover a 24‑hour rota pattern, including sleep‑ins, as part of a friendly, motivated team.
• Drive service users’ cars to community activities where authorised.

• Confident, strong and calm individuals who can work with complex needs.
• Ability to work within a positive behaviour support framework.
• Car driving licence preferred.
• Eligible to work in the UK; this role is not open to sponsorship under the UKVI scheme and does not accept Skilled Worker Visas.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
