We are looking to appoint a Multi Skilled Operative/Labourer with a Roofing discipline, to join Bernicias Property Maintenance and Construction department.

Spennymoor
Salary: £28,850.68 per annum

Hours:

37 per week, Monday to Friday

Contract:

Permanent
Closing Date: 24th October 2025, 5PM

About The Multi Skilled Operative/Labourer (Roofing) Role:
This role will involve:

• assisting trade staff to undertaking all types of work associated with this position, to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard but also for the delivery of excellent customer service

Experience:


Successful candidates will need:

• Experience of working at height
• On-Site training, approximately 3 years
• CSCS card as appropriate to the role
• Experience of working within a commercial and domestic property environment
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Adapt to change, positively contribute and communicate with effectively
• To undertake multi-skilled trade competencies
• To understand risk assessments
• Ability to deliver work in line with construction drawings
• A sound knowledge of building construction, components and building trades
