• Partner with the Team Manager to oversee a team dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for children.
• Develop the practice of front-line social care practitioners, maintaining and championing expertise in working with children and families.
• Drive excellent practice based on research evidence and professional experience.
• Support the achievement of improved outcomes for vulnerable children and their families.
• Build and maintain successful working relationships with colleagues from a range of agencies.
