Type: Contract / Hybrid (1-3 Days a Week On-site)
Locations: Spokane or Colville, WA & Greater Seattle Area, WA
Hourly/Contract Rate: $22 - $34/hour, depending on location and experience level.
Summary:
We are excited to be partnering with one of our clients to hire several Accounts Receivable Specialists! In this role, you’ll manage account reconciliations, invoicing, and collections while building strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Responsibilities:
- Reconcile client accounts and payments daily.
- Review and send delinquency notices when needed.
- Prepare both group and individual invoices, including complex billing scenarios.
- Process refunds and other financial transactions accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal partners.
- Take ownership of your assigned accounts and support team projects as needed.
- Share your expertise and collaborate with teammates to improve processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Formulas, Pivot Tables, etc.
- Experience working with large-scale accounting or financial systems.
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume Accounts Receivable or Finance/Accounting position.
- Excellent attention to detail and very strong organizational skills.
- Clear, friendly communication style and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
- Self-starter who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Comfortable analyzing data and identifying trends and/or discrepancies.
