Position:Accounts Receivable & Payable Clerk (Full Time)
Primary Responsibilities:- Accounts Receivable
- Daily processing of customer invoices
- Record customer payments and maintain accurate A/R records
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past due balances and resolve billing discrepancies
- A/R Reports
- Accounts Payable
- Review & Receive Vendor invoices
- Resolve billing discrepancies
- Process vendor payments by ACH & check
- Reconcile accounts as assigned
- Communicating effectively and professionally with both customers & vendors, both on the phone and through email
- File and maintain documents in an organized manner
- Weekly reporting of metrics
- Maintaining a clean and professional office space
- Any other duties as assigned by the company
Qualifications:
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- At least one year of experience in A/R & A/P preferred
- Good computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn accounting and business software.
- Clean and Professional Appearance
- Must align with Action’s core values and company culture
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Hours are 7a.m. to 4p.m., Monday through Friday.
- In Person Job. No Remote work
