Spokane, WA (On-Site) $25-$35/hour Contract-to-Hire

As the Full-Charge Bookkeeper, you'll take ownership of day-to-day accounting functions while supporting the overall success of the business.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Performing bank and credit card reconciliations
• Preparing monthly financial reports and statements
• Maintaining aging reports for wholesale dealer accounts
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Partnering with an external accounting firm for annual reconciliations
• Entering and maintaining accurate financial data in Quick Books Enterprise
• Supporting customers and clients by answering occasional phone inquiries
• Assisting with additional administrative tasks as needed

• 1+ year of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Proficiency with Quick Books Desktop/Enterprise
• Accounting training, certification, or degree preferred (AIPB, NACPB, Accounting coursework, etc.)
• Strong understanding of AP, AR, reconciliations, and general bookkeeping practices
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Team-player mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, trustworthy, and self-motivated

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Spokane,WA.
