Overview
Medix is hiring a Surgery Scheduler to support a leading urology practice in Spokane, Washington!
You'll serve as a care navigator, guiding patients from start to finish. This role requires a detail-oriented
, level-headed individual with a strong customer service background. You must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage a varied workload with ease.
$21.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Responsibilities- Coordinating hospital and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) schedules.
- Conducting office follow-ups with other organizations.
- Acting as a patient liaison and providing support from A-Z.
- 1-2 years of scheduling experience.
- Experience with EHR systems (EPIC is a plus).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Location: On-site in Spokane, Washington
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.
- 5 p.m. - Pay Rate: $21 - $25/hour
